I have just returned from London where I completed a language stay at the home of Mr Andrew W., the teacher you chose for me.

I’m referring to him by his first name as I got to know his little family very well.

Their house is very comfortable. In your ad, you mentioned we would be working “from breakfast till dinner”! I didn’t want to believe it, but it’s true. Andrew is an incredible teacher. I was what you’d call a false beginner. The English I had learned at university and school had also gone on a long holiday.

His teaching method is excellent, he is extremely patient and each day he made me go over what I had learned the night before.

I would also like to thank your coordinator Juan Martin. I had an admin problem which he sorted immediately.

I did two 30-hour weeks, which was hard to begin with but with Andrew the time flew by.

As is the case every year, we are delighted to share our report on the immersive English training our managers have to regularly complete in order to remain efficient and operationally active.

To keep things simple, we used to opt for language courses in France, which were very expensive and yielded no results because our managers spoke to each other in French during classes! They would also meet up after class and carry on speaking French. With your format, however, our managers and staff are delighted to be able to speak English from morning until night, surrounded by an English-speaking environment.
